This cinema first opened in the 1930’s - back then it was known as the Regal. It later underwent a conversion and became the the ABC - and sported three screens.

This is an interesting site with a lot of history. It has been an automotive parts manufacturer since WWII under various ownership Denso Manufacturing Midlands Ltd, a motor vehicle components manufacturer specialising in agricultural and heavy goods vehicles, was the last company to use this site.
